I remember being 22 and about to graduate from college. Of course, I was excited about the possibilities of a bright future. And people had told me over and over again what an exciting time this was in my life; but along with the excitement came some anxiety or nervousness.
As my kids often say, I was "nercited."
Since graduating college, I've made a number of job and career changes, and those experiences have taught me a great deal about myself and about stepping into the driver's seat of your career.
Because if you don't sit in the driver's seat, who will?
